Position Title: Regional Support Leader

Overview
The Regional Support Leader plays a vital role in strengthening the BGSC leadership pipeline by serving as a direct support to Chapter Leaders within an assigned region. This role ensures consistent communication, mentorship, and engagement that aligns with the BGSC Way, directly impacting retention, event quality, and member satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Weekly
- Check in with Chapter Leaders to address concerns, share updates, and provide guidance.
- Monitor member engagement and chapter activity across the region.
- Support Chapter Leaders with onboarding new members.
- Actively engage with the regional community in Circle.
Monthly
- Host a monthly leadership call with Chapter Leaders.
- Submit a monthly Chapter Check-in Report to the Division Manager.
- Ensure each chapter in the region hosts at least one event.
- Assist with regional engagement initiatives.
- Provide mentorship and leadership development opportunities to Chapter Leaders.
Quarterly
- Submit a Quarterly Regional Performance Review.
- Host one Regional Leadership Development Meeting.
- Organize and oversee one virtual and one in-person regional event.
- Identify high-performing chapters and chapters needing additional support.
- Evaluate engagement trends and propose improvements.
Ongoing Leadership Actions
- Model professionalism and the BGSC Way in all communication and leadership interactions.
- Provide solutions-oriented leadership when challenges arise.
- Collaborate with Division Managers on high-level strategy and regional needs.
- Contribute to the culture, growth, and sustainability of BGSC.
Qualifications
- Previous BGSC Chapter Leadership experience preferred OR (1) year of active membership required.
- Strong communication, organizational, and mentoring skills.
- Ability to lead with empathy, professionalism, and accountability.
- Commitment to BGSC’s mission, vision, and values.
